Linked Authentication:
To enable cloud syncing and data backup, you can choose to link your account using your Google or Apple credentials. This process collects minimal personal information (e.g., email address) provided by these services solely for authentication and syncing purposes.

B. User-Generated Content

Content You Create:
The app allows you to enter and store sentences and reviews. This content is saved in the cloud when you choose to sync your data.

Additional Content:
Data associated with your content (such as language, translations, unknown words, creation date, and reviews) is also stored.

C. Analytics and App Performance

Crashlytics:
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and performance data to help us improve the stability and performance of our app.

Usage Data (Future Plans):
In the future, we may collect data about your in-app actions (such as feature usage and conversion metrics) to analyze and improve app functionality and to support business analysis. This data is collected in an aggregated and anonymized form.

D. In-App Purchases

RevenueCat:
We use RevenueCat to manage and process in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect information related to your transactions and subscription status as required to complete purchases.

• Cloud Storage: Your data (sentences, reviews, and related content) is stored in our cloud services, protected by industry-standard security measures.
• Authentication Data: Anonymous and linked authentication data is managed via Firebase Authentication. Note that anonymous accounts are not automatically deleted upon app uninstallation. You have the option to delete your account through the app or by contacting us.
• Encryption: Data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Third-Party Service Providers:

We share your data only with trusted third parties that assist us in providing our services, including:

• Firebase (Crashlytics & Authentication): Used for crash reporting, performance analytics, and managing user authentication.
• RevenueCat: Used for processing in-app purchases.

No Unnecessary Sharing:
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or other purposes.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention:
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes.
